Assignment 2

In looking at working in a team environment, there are several advantages and disadvantage that come to mind. I feel a team environment is beneficial in a educational environment if the learning setting is in person or face to face, i do not find team projects in a online environment successful because it is difficult to really follow what each time member is doing as their part of the project. Even though there are group chat rooms are made available to discuss the project and who is assigned to what task, you are still reliant on the person posting frequently and if that team member does not communicate effectively it puts the project into a difficult task.

I feel that working in a team environment in a face to face environment is beneficial because you are learning new ways to approach tasks that you may not be familiar with based on how different classmates view the assignment and your able to communicate on a face to face perspective which really helps other team members that may not understand the assignment get a better grasp on the necessary tasks. The same would go for a organization project, the face to face concept is crucial to help understand what each team member has accomplished and help guide those that may be struggling with the assigned project task.

When the project is complete and evaluations are provided regarding the team participants, it can be rough to accurately evaluate but it is crucial for proper evaluating to occur so management or teachers can be aware of who was not providing feedback or attempting to meet their tasks. It is important for training and evaluations to be aware of what team members are providing the efforts needed to be successful.
